We are recruiting an estimator/cost planner for a developer-builder based in Surry Hills.

They have a huge pipeline of work coming up (Approx $5.7b) and are looking to strengthen then pre-construction team as a result.

As an estimator/cost planner, you will be required to assess project costs, analyse data, and prepare accurate budgets, ensuring competitive, cost-effective proposals at all project levels, undertake your own internal measurements and compile accurate cost plans for upcoming projects.

The role would suit an estimator from a head contractor, or a QS/Cost manager from a consultancy.
